Delivery
Domestic Delivery / Delivery
The delivery of items which are in stock take approximately 7 working days from production, while items that are not in stock take 10-21 working days from production.
All contact lens orders under $300 will have a delivery charge of $8.95, while all contact lens orders above this will be FREE. All glasses orders will be FREE.
Express delivery will be fulfilled by UPS and will take 2-3 working days from production, and will have a delivery charge of $21.00. When selecting express shipping, please note that delays may occur that are out of our control such as weather, holidays, flight cancelations etc. If this happens we are unable to refund an express shipping charge
Standard deliveries are fulfilled by USPS. .
Unfortunately, we are not shipping international packages at this time.
Refunds & Returns
We are always here to help our customers. We understand that on occasion, purchased items need to be returned.
A full refund is offered (excluding delivery charges) with any product that you wish to return. Items are only eligible for a refund if they have not been opened, used, or damaged and if they are in original condition. Prescription glasses will involve a 10% restocking fee since they are a custom prescription product.
However, if we have made a mistake with your order, then we will be happy to offer a refund of all costs, which also includes money spent on postage and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
We are happy to accept returns from online orders within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, after an inspection of the product is performed. Items are required to be unopened (contact lenses), undamaged, and in good condition. Delivery charge will not be refunded. For prescription glasses, there will be a restocking fee of 10% since they are considered a custom product and the lenses are unusable and will be disposed of.
Once accepted, refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to show up in your account. If you do not see your refund, please check bank once again and confirm. If you have double checked, please call or text at us 972-661-2020 or email at eyecare@eyepiecesplano.com
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.
Exchanges
We promise to provide an exchange service on items up to 21 days after the order purchase date. Items sent for exchange must be unopened, undamaged, and in original condition.
Exchanges can be performed for the same product with a different prescription, or for a different product of the same value after inspection is performed.
When an exchange is requested for a product of different value, the price difference will be calculated excluding the delivery charge of the original purchase.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us to do so as soon as possible. Any cancellations made during working hours, before your item has been dispatched, will be accepted. If your item has already been dispatched we will be unable to make any amendments to the item.
Successful cancellations will be refunded within /3-5 working days.
If you receive your item and decide you would like to change your order, you are welcome to make an exchange. (please see exchange policy for further information).

My order has not arrived, what should I do?

My goods arrived damaged, or my goods were not delivered.
If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we are happy to work with you to locate or replace your items. Please call us and one of our team members will talk you through the process.
